RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods;

• in the case of a contract covering several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item;

• in the case of a contract for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not compulsory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.vankit.de/withdrawal/. If you use this online function, I will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium, for example by email. This acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by me. I will make this reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

RETURNING THE GOODS

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform me of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised to the consumer’s needs (section 312g(2), point 1 of the German Civil Code — BGB).

This applies exclusively to expressly agreed custom-made products. Simply choosing from predefined options, such as colour, size or set contents, does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
