The StealthMount for the S3XY Dash was developed with one clear goal: to position the Dash perfectly within the driver’s field of view while keeping the mount itself virtually invisible and without compromising other Tesla features. Many conventional mounts are simply attached to the dashboard, clipped onto the air vents, or positioned directly behind the steering wheel. While these solutions work, they often come with compromises: air vents or the S3XY LED strip may be obstructed, the Dash may sit too close to the steering wheel, or the mount itself remains clearly visible.

The StealthMount takes a completely different approach. It uses a unique mounting position and has been specifically designed to follow the contours of the Tesla Model Y Juniper dashboard.

VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE INTEGRATION

The mount sits deep inside the opening behind the steering wheel, precisely following the existing contours of the dashboard. From the normal driving position, the mount is practically invisible. Even from the passenger seat or when entering the vehicle, it remains largely hidden. The result is a clean, discreet installation of the S3XY Dash that blends seamlessly into Tesla’s minimalist interior design.

SECURE CLIP-IN FIT WITH ADDITIONAL ADHESIVE

The StealthMount does not rely solely on an adhesive pad. Its specially developed shape hooks onto the existing upper edge of the dashboard while simultaneously resting against the lower section of the dashboard profile. This creates a secure mechanical fit that prevents the mount from simply tipping forward. An additional pre-installed grey adhesive pad provides long-lasting stability. The mount features a dedicated recess for the adhesive pad, ensuring a precise fit while allowing the StealthMount to remain perfectly aligned with the dashboard contours.

CLEAN FINISH WITH SCREW COVER CAPS

After installation, the mounting screws of the original S3XY magnetic holder are concealed by matching black cover caps. This creates a clean, finished appearance without visible screw holes. The cover caps can also be removed if necessary. A small opening on the screw side allows the cap to be carefully pushed out using a fine needle or small screwdriver. On the opposite side, the cap can be pushed out together with the nut after removing the screw. Replacement cover caps are available separately, making it easy to replace them if they have been removed multiple times or become worn over time.

AIR VENTS REMAIN UNOBSTRUCTED

The S3XY Dash is positioned at a sufficient distance from the air vent, allowing air to circulate without unnecessary obstruction. No existing vehicle functionality needs to be compromised to install the display.

FULL VISIBILITY OF THE S3XY LED STRIP

The StealthMount works particularly well in combination with the S3XY LED strip. The Dash is positioned below the LED strip, allowing the continuous ambient lighting line to remain fully visible. An ideal solution for Tesla owners who want to use both the S3XY Dash and S3XY LED strip together.

COMFORTABLE VIEWING AND TOUCHSCREEN ACCESS

The Dash sits directly within the driver’s field of view behind the steering wheel while maintaining a comfortable distance from the driver. This makes the display easy to focus on and convenient to operate using the touchscreen. The Dash remains accessible and easy to read with different seating positions and steering wheel adjustments.

FULL STEERING WHEEL ADJUSTMENT

Because the StealthMount is not attached to the steering wheel or steering column, the full steering wheel adjustment range remains available. The Dash does not move with the steering wheel and can be positioned independently of your preferred steering wheel settings.

INTEGRATED HIDDEN CABLE ROUTING

The StealthMount features an integrated cable channel. The USB cable can be routed directly downwards behind the Dash and then concealed beneath the dashboard trim. This keeps the installation looking clean and eliminates visible cables around the mount.

COMPATIBLE WITH THE ORIGINAL S3XY MAGNETIC MOUNT

The original magnetic holder supplied with the S3XY Dash fits directly into the StealthMount. The original screws are reused and subsequently concealed using the included cover caps. The magnetic attachment system remains fully functional, and the display angle can still be adjusted to suit your preferences.

The StealthMount is a functional 3D-printed component. Minor visible layer lines are a natural result of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. The S3XY Dash, S3XY LED strip and any other accessories shown in the product images are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the purchase. For optimal adhesion, the mounting surface must be clean, dry and free from grease. When installing in cold conditions, we recommend allowing the mounting area to reach room temperature before applying the adhesive pad to ensure proper bonding.
